Our twill has been tested by OEKO-TEX 100, and you can safely use it. It can be washed repeatedly without fading or deformation and has dozens of colors that can almost match most commonly used colors. If you feel that the twill color doesn't match the background color you want, you can choose to do a 100% embroidery patch. The 100% embroidered patches look thicker and more detailed, and we have hundreds of thread colors to choose from, so you don't have to worry about any colors that don't match. Hot cut border: It allows the custom patches to have more complex custom shapes with many in-cuts and sharp angles, so when your custom patch shape is very complex, it is the best border for choice. The hot cut border is first made from embroidery so that its width can be at least 1mm and then shaped by hand cutting, so there will be almost no fabric left on the edges, and it will look clean.

Merrow Border: Merrow Border is the most common choice if the custom patch shape is a circle, oval, rectangle, shield, etc. It makes the border of the custom patch look slightly raised, and its width is usually 1/8 of an inch and 3/16 of an inch, so it looks very thick. Iron-on backing can be quickly and easily be fixed to a garment. All you need is an iron. Just put the patch on the clothing and cover it with a thin wet towel to prevent scalding. Then set the temperature to 150℃ and put the iron on to the patch, and press it back and forth for 20-30 seconds until it is fully seated.

Plastic Backing: When you added a rigid Plastic Backing to your patches, that will give your patches extra support, meaning they can maintain their shape even after continuous use. It can also be attached to clothing, but you can't melt it with an iron. Because the melting point of plastic backing is 200 degrees Celsius, you need a hot stamping machine to melt it.
