Our custom patches pricing is based on the quantity and percentage of embroidered the patch.
We commonly create embroidered patches with 50% coverage, 75% coverage, and 100% coverage.
Percentage Embroidered:
50% coverage
Embroidery features up to 50% or less and background is twill or other fabric
75% coverage
Embroidery features up to 75% or less and background is twill or other fabric
100% coverage
Embroidery features up to 100% or more than 75%

Pricing is included up to 9 standard embroidery colors.
On the rare occasion that your job requires more than 9 colors, each additional color is $0.05 per color.
For example, 11 colors would cost an additional $0.1 per piece over the base price.
The metallic thread has a gorgeous appearance and eye-catching designs special to help you make your Patches stand out in a crowd. We have dozens of colors to choose from so that your design will never be restricted.
Extra price: Each color will increase by 30% more to the base of pricing.
For example: if you use two metallic thread colors in your design, your custom patch price will add 60% more on the base of pricing.
Glow in the dark threads: It absorbs light during the day or where there is a light source, and then will light up at night or in the dark. We have more than ten colors to choose from to make your patches brighter and more eye-catching in the dark!
Extra price: according to different use areas, need to quote according to each different design. Please rest assured, it won't be costly. We just want to make your price more reasonable.
Recycled polyester embroidery thread adopts the chemical, cyclic regenerative system technology, uses wasted polyester materials such as wasted garments and leftover materials as the raw materials for production. It realizes in a real sense the eternal closed circulating ring from textiles to textile. The extra cost will not be too high, but to make your price more reasonable, please quote according to different designs.
Reflective embroidery thread has a reflective effect in the night light, which is mostly used in the clothing patches or police patches and sanitation workers working at night. The strong reflective effect plays a major role in the safety protection of staff working at night.
Extra price: According to different use areas, need to quote according to each different design.
